Worked until I updated my IOS and now it just crashes. I uninstalled the app and re-downloaded the app but no improvement it still crashes. PLEASE FIX

Lame. Worked great until the update.

The app was nice and user friendly until the IOS 9 update. Now I cant get my Bluetooth to connect and the app crashes every time. Unusable right now until upgraded.

I have an iPhone 6 wi h iOS 9 and every time I try to connect my jarv, the app crashes. The only reason I can use my jarv now is because I found my old iPhone 4s and used that to set this up.

Please fix this app. Keeps shutting down when I click on it ever since the new iso9 update. Please fix asap

Are there any other apps that support this wrist band?

The apple upgrade makes the device useless. And Id just ordered a second one for a friend. Very disappointed that the app has not been upgraded.

App has been working fine since I got it in April. Now when I try to connect to the wristband it unexpectedly closes out. Please fix this so I can keep tracking my steps!

Do not upgrade to new IOS 9 as unit will not sync.

I purchased a new Jarv Smart BT wristband and the I-gory Life App doesnt work with my iPhone 5s/ OS9. Please update your app ASAP as I might return this device to the seller.

App does not work since the last iOS update. :( Would have given the app 5 stars before as it worked great! Please update app!!! Also, I cant even write a complaint from my phone app because my phone has been updated to iOS 9! I had to download the app to my iPad, that has not been updated yet, to write my review .....

App is not working with iso 9. App starts to open and then crashes. Please address issue. Also wouldnt mind a more adult or professional look.

The app will not open since updating to iOS 9. Please fix. 9/21/15...Still hasnt been addressed!! Come on guys!! 9/24/15...Still nothing. Horrible service. I even found the maker of the app and wrote them with no response. Im done. Going with a more professional band and app support.
